What's included in each plan?
Each plan includes everything listed on the services section above — no hidden fees. The hourly plan covers any fixes, editing or website development as needed. Time is tracked and billed for in 5 minute increments. The monthly plan includes backups, updates, security scans, and one hour of edits each month.
What if I only need your help for one month?
You are free to cancel the monthly plan at any time, or hire us hourly.
Can I just hire you once and not commit monthly?
Yep! That’s what the hourly plan is for. Perfect for quick fixes, one-off changes, or emergency help. No contract, no pressure.
What kind of websites do you work on?
We specialize in WordPress and Shopify sites — blogs, eCommerce stores, portfolios, landing pages, custom code, you name it. Have something unique? Message us and we’ll let you know if we can help.

Chances are, yes. Feel free to send us a message if you have any concerns about your specific situation and we will confirm if we are able to help before signing up.
What do I need to get started?
After signing up for a plan, please email us the following:
- Your website URL
- Your hosting login (or delegate access). (e.g. GoDaddy, Hostgator, Siteground, etc.)
- Any other website-related logins (i.e. WordPress login, Shopify login, etc.). You can also choose to create a new administrator login for us assigned to our email: i@jameshost.me
Feel free to send a message if you need help clarifying the steps on how to do this. (We will reach out if we do not hear from you within one business day after signing up.)
What if I have an emergency?
We definitely take emergency issues into account (e.g. a down website or a broken page) and prioritize our tasks accordingly.
