* Due to the nature of some plugins and frameworks, sometimes an issue may not be feasible to correct without extensive or fundamental changes to your website. Such cases are considered outside of the scope of this plan, though we will do our best to advise potential solutions in these situations.
† Sometimes it is not possible to upgrade all plugins due to 1) a plugin no longer being available or maintained by the original plugin developers, 2) an expired plugin subscription (which we will consult with you on so that you may choose whether or not to renew it), 3) conflicts between one or more plugins with the current version of WordPress or with other installed plugins.
‡ A website change is defined as a text or image update to an existing section or web page or a stylistic (color or size) change. Changes that include new or complex functionality are not covered in the scope of this plan.
